Meet Karen
Kia ora, I'm Karen Morrison-Hume, a Registered Marriage Celebrant working in the Waikato. I have been working with couples celebrating all types of love with all sorts of couples for more than a decade.
Every couple is special to me and I cherish every single opportunity to be a part of a couple's special day to celebrate your love story.
For most people, getting married is one of the most significant things you will do in your lifetime. My aim is to make you feel at ease and guide you through the process of getting married so that you're relaxed and enjoy every moment of your special day.
I love to create personal, heartfelt and meaningful ceremonies that have special meaning for you. It's about helping you to make beautiful memories that you'll cherish and hold onto for life.

How does it work? A process with intention...

Let's meet and see if there's a spark (in person is best, or we can meet online if necessary)

Yay or nay txt - Is there chemistry? Txt me later if it’s yes or no. You decide and you don’t have to explain why.
4.
Options - I'll present you with the options based on our chat
5.
Draft - from the options we'll work together to draft your final ceremony and ensure it's a true reflection of what you want
6.
Practice run - I'll attend your wedding rehearsal so we can iron out any creases
7.
Get married - I'll undertake your wedding ceremony and take care of the legal requirements for your marriage
